Over the past 2 years, several appeals regarding Fallbrook Pointe Project
have been filed against the City of LA & Staley Point Capital, SPC (the developer).
Sadly all attempts to stop this plan have been unsuccessful.

The project will be going forward, however SPC has agreed to many concessions,
including construction of an 8′ perimeter block wall,
adding enhanced tree landscaping, maintaining a fitness trail,
performing soil testing & limiting truck access / hours of operation.
Additionally SPC will create, host & maintain a project website
along with monthly neighborhood meetings, etc.

As stated above SPC will be creating & hosting a project website with site plans,
updates, as well as holding monthly meetings from start of construction
to building completion, in order to keep the neighbors informed
& even providing a direct hotline to voice any concerns.

Thank you to all who have supported this cause.
The community can now stay directly involved by following
the new (upcoming) SPC website & participating in
monthly neighborhood meetings.
